1 General Provisions & Scope of Agreement

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating multiple accounts by one person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, q4444 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit the balances.

2.3 Account Security

• Keep your password and login details completely confidential.
• Never share your account details with any third party.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to the q4444 support team immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

2.4 Identity Verification

q4444 may request valid identification or documents from a user for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the q4444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The platform currently supports the following payment methods.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

q4444 supports only the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Deposit Limits & Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits are reflected in the account instantly.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

q4444 offers various bonuses and promotional benefits to its users. Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before withdrawing funds earned from the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

4.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• A bonus benefit may only be used once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• If fraudulent betting or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• q4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• It may not be possible to activate another bonus while a bonus offer is already active.

4.4 VIP Program

q4444's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Platinum. Users can advance to higher tiers based on their volume and regularity of play.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following guidelines apply to enjoying sports betting and casino games on the q4444 platform.

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless q4444 decides otherwise under special circumstances.
• Any bet placed by taking advantage of a technical error will be considered void.
• If an event or match is cancelled, the amount of the associated bet will be refunded.
• q4444's decision is final on all matters relating to betting markets.

5.2 Casino Games
